Does it matter what the resolution is for my photo?
Yes. To get the best results for your unique, customised photo frame, your photo needs to be a minimum of 200dpi. This will give you a crisp, clear image on your i-pic personalised photo frame. If your photo is less than this resolution, the quality will not be as good.

Can I add text to my i-pic frame?
Yes, of course. Once your photo is uploaded and you’ve chosen your frame skin, you’ll be able to add your own personalised message or caption to your custom photo frame. This will make your photo gift even more special.

How long will it take for my i-pic frame to arrive?
All personalised IPIC photo frames are shipped within five working days.

How much does it cost to post me my i-pic frame?
Shipping within the UK is £2.50 per personalised i-pic photo frame, which is a signed for service. All orders over £50 are shipped free.

What size is an i-pic personalised photo frame?
Our customised photo frames are A6 size, which is 148mm x 105mm, approximately a quarter page of A4. More sizes will be coming soon.

How long will my i-pic custom photo frame last?
Unlike traditional frames, i-pic personalised photo frames are designed to last for years! They’re made of tough, engineering plastics, and are impact and scratch resistant. So you can rest assured that your photo gift will be cherished for years to come.

Can you gift wrap my i-pic?
Yes, we can gift wrap your personalised photo gift. For the gift wrapping service, please contact us. We also offer a range of accessories to help you display or protect your i-pic.

How much is an i-pic personalised photo frame?
Prices start from just £9.99. How many other personalised photo gifts will you find for under £10! We also offer charity frames, where 20% of the proceeds go directly to the charity
