Does it matter what the resolution is for my photo?

Yes. To get the best results for your unique, customised photo frame, your photo needs to be a minimum of 200dpi. This will give you a crisp, clear image on your i-pic personalised photo frame. If your photo is less than this resolution, the quality will not be as good.

Can I add text to my i-pic frame?

Yes, of course. Once your photo is uploaded and you’ve chosen your frame, you’ll be able to add your own personalised message or caption to your custom photo frame. This will make your photo gift even more special.

How long will it take for my i-pic frame to arrive?

We aim to ship personalised i-pic photo frames within 24 hours if the order is received before 12pm and within 48 hours if received after 12pm

How much does it cost to post my i-pic frame?

All orders are shipped by first class post and are shipped free.

What size is an i-pic personalised photo frame?

Our customised photo frames are A5 size, which is 148mm x 210mm, approximately a half page of A4.

Can I use my i-pic as a Fridge Magnet

i-pics are normally supplied with powerful magnets inside them which allows them to be used as Fridge Magnets. Please remember that magnets can affect credit cards and electronic devices like mobile phones and heart pacemakers, so we recommend you keep your i-pic away from them. Don't open up your i-pic and don't give the magnets to children

What can I do if my stand wears and won't work anymore

i-pics are supplied with a simple peg stand which is pushed into a location on the rear of the frame. If you push it in and out a few times it will wear and won't stay in the location. We can supply replacement peg stands for £0.50 plus P+P and we can also supply neat folding polypropylene stands for £1 plus P+P. We can also supply more expensive Acrylic stands and Metal stands if you want something a bit smarter.

i-pic personalised photo frames are designed for a long life! They’re made of tough, engineering plastics, and are impact and scratch resistant so they are much safer than conventional glass fronted photo frames. You can rest assured that your photo gift will be cherished for years to come.
